Tommy

Tommy was my first overal, she was a nice lime green fancy budgie given to me for my 13th birthday. My first glance at her and I was stund at her beauty and her energy. She looked at me with those sparkly black eyes and she shivered in fear.
She watched me grow up also made me laugh histrically as she tried to take baths in my glass of water. She was a free spirit ready to concer any obstacles,her bravery was atonishing. She grew close to the family and was no longer a bird to me but my best friend. She couldnt talk but she chirped when i would call her name "sho-boo". She was the one to unite the family everyday in the kitchen, now there is pure silence.You proved me and everyone around here the simply fact that your not just a bird but a beautiful soul that i had the pleasure of being in your company for 7 years.
You taught me a few valuable lessons in life such as taking risk and taking daily showers 8-) You passed in my hands in the vet's clinic, I was histi rical to loose you, but deep down I was sadden to see you sufer . I know that God wanted you so he has plans for you. Your in a happy place where you can eat everything you would like and have baths with in a wave pool as you please. I will always think of you Tommy/ "sho-boo" everytime I see a bird fly, Now you are free my green thing , free spirit , free soul.

I love you Tommy, Will never forget you, Its hard not to have a few tears but I sleep at rest knowing you looking down at me.
