You brought great joy to our Family.
We were the lucky ones to have you, if only for the last few months of your life.

My Family took in Rocky about 3 months ago and by the time we found out he had heartworm it was too late. He had heartworm for at least 6 months if not longer. The worms took over his heart. Within a matter of 2 days after we found out he had Heartworm the worms clogged his blood vessels to his legs. We sent Rocky off to Heaven early this morning.

Rest in Peace little fella!

We are so sorry that we could not save you, it was just too late!!

Please everyone who reads this, talk to you Vet about Heartworm. Your pet must be tested for Heartworm and then if your pet is negative you have to give them Heartworm pills EVERY month to PREVENT your pet from getting this horrible disease. Heartworm disease is so EASY to prevent, but it can be extremely difficult to treat. All you have to do is feed your pet one pill a month for HIS entire life.
