Tasha Skelding

It is with much sadness that we would like to announce the passing of Tasha Skelding on Saturday, May 26th, 2007 at Best Friends Hospital on Pembina Highway at the age of 16¾ years.
Tasha was born September 1st, 1990 in Winnipeg. She lived with her first family in Oakbank until 2000 when she came to live with us.

One of her favourite pastimes was walking around the duck pond at St. Vital Park. She loved finding new things to smell, chase or bark at. She also loved it when her “dad” cooked her favourite foods like rabbit stew.

Courageously, Tasha guarded her home. She wouldn’t let anyone in if we didn’t agree they should come in. She helped us maintain the house and the garden to have the “lived-in” look and she did this the best! She leaves to cherish her memory, her “mom and dad” NormaJean & Brian.

Tasha we love you. You will be sadly missed.
