Damien Lee

January 22, 2008 -The worst day of my life. Today I gave an order for my beautiful American Bulldog to be laid to rest. On January 8th 2008 he became very violent and we don't know why. At 9:45 pm we were sitting on the loveseat having yogart and as always Damien right there in the middle when all of a suddne he attacked my boyfriend giving him about 30 staples to the right side of his head and lacerations on the left.

Damien went everywhere with me and I mean everywhere. Car rides, vacations and even the bathroom. Damien slept in the bed bewtween Todd and I and even had his own blanket and pillow. He thought he was a lap dog.....He got a new toy everyweek and was loved by many. This dog was my life - the son I never had. It was Damien's way or no way in my house. He always made me laugh - I would come home and he would be in the window shaking his whole body because of being so excited to see us. I mean - that but of his would go from the left to the right about 90 miles a minute. No matter how bad of a day I had he always made it better.

Now here I am alone and my God the pain is horrible. When I go home he is not there. I carry his blanket with me all the time and now I can't sleep or eat. Everytime I look at my boyfriend I cry because now I'm reliving the attack and its killing me.

Why Damien, did you turn - Where did I go wrong. I luv you more then life and I will never forgive myself for having your laid to rest. Thank you for allowing me to share two wonderful years with you! I am so sorry please forgive me!!! Until we meet again babyboy.
