Zoe

Our dear dog Zoe was a Black Lab. She was such a great girl. Even though she was up-there in age, she would still like to chase the ball. She was very protective of her family. NOONE could come close to them if Zoe did not know them. When you would come home, she would be sitting there waiting to talk to you. Not just barking, but makeing noise like she was trying to talk.
On the morining of New Years Eve 2008 she was let outside for her morning potty. We had a underground electic fence and she wore a collar and when she would get close to her boundry it would beep. Well, I guess the collar was not working right and she got out of the yard. Went off looking for her and found her. She was hit by a train. I don't know if I will be ever to go past there again. This is so hard to deal with. My oldest son is taking it pretty hard. She used to curl up next to him and sleep.
We all love and miss you Zoe. Now, go chase Ginger and Dakota!!!!!
