Maxwell Forest Maddox

Max was with us for almost 10 wonderful years. He was like a human. He could sit on our couch with his feet on the floor. He weighed 120 pounds, but we still let him sleep at the foot of our bed. He became ill last October with a heart condition. We were able to get him better with the help of a animal hospital in Annapolis, but he started limping in February. When I took him to get his heart checked, they did x-rays. He was diagnosed with cancer. We kept him with as long as we could, but when he started suffering too much, we had to make that hard choice. Max is resting where used to sit and wait for my husband to come home.

Words cannot express the emptiness in my life without him.

Max, you will never be forgotten and are forever in my heart.
