Boots was a gentle kind soul who was the apple of my eye. I adopted him when he was only 6 weeks old from the local animal shelter. When I first adopted him, they told me he was a cocker spaniel mix, they were wrong. Boots was an Afghan-Terrier Mix. I was so blessed to have this dog in my life for 14 1/2 wonderful years. Unfortunately the years caught up with him and I had to make the decision to send him to puppy heaven (the hardest decision I have ever made. There is an empty space in my heart that time will slowly heal but he will also have a place in my heart. He will truly be missed!
